Bowie Property Management LLC is here to provide you with a streamlined solution to managing your real estate!

Our Rates: For properties under $1,200 per month in rent our rate is $145 per month per property managed, for properties rented over $1,200 per month in rent our rate is 12% of monthly rental amount per property managed.

We offer a 10% discount for paying for a year of property management upfront.

*We do not collect rent on your behalf! Instead we will communicate with the renter when rent is due and when any additional fees are accumulated. Our fee is due at the 1st of each month, regardless of the renters situation.

Additional services requested will be billed to property owner.
